Service Description
A 10 week program designed for complete beginners who want to try their hand at traditional art. This 10 week course is designed for adults who would like to try their hand at traditional art, whether it's for the first time, or the first time in a while. We start by going back to basics and build up skills across different mediums including pencil, charcoal and paint. We will study different subjects from still life and landscapes to portraits. Participants do not need to have any prior experience and materials are provided. Whilst your skills will progress over the course of the 10 weeks, you do not have to attend every lesson if you cannot make it. Each lesson focuses on a new art technique, medium or subject so you will be learning alongside the rest of the class, even if you missed the week before. This is a very relaxed environment with a focus on enjoyment and allowing individuals to discover their skills and learn new techniques. Each lesson is 1.5 hours including a 10 minute break for tea and coffee (provided).
Cancellation Policy
Art Workshop Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking * All workshops must be booked in advance. * Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. * A booking is confirmed once payment has been received or a place has been reserved with the instructor. Payment * Payment can be made **online** or **in person**. * Payment is required to secure your spot in the workshop. * Prices are listed per class unless otherwise stated. Cancellations & Rescheduling * We require **at least 24 hours’ notice** for any cancellations or rescheduling. * Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or credited toward a future workshop. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, are **non-refundable**. Late Arrivals * Please arrive on time to avoid disruption. * Late arrivals may miss important instructions, and workshop time cannot be extended. No-Shows * If you do not attend your booked workshop without prior notice, the workshop fee will be forfeited. Materials * Unless otherwise stated, basic materials are included in the workshop fee. * Participants are welcome to bring their own supplies if preferred. Minimum Numbers & Cancellations by Instructor * Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. * If a workshop is cancelled by the instructor, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. Health & Safety * Please inform the instructor of any relevant allergies, injuries, or special requirements prior to the workshop. General * By booking a workshop, you agree to this policy. * Policies may be updated from time to time.
